By doing this, you won’t find yourself stressed out by being double booked or having two employees show up for one shift and none for another.

A calendar on the wall in a commonplace, such as your kitchen, can help everyone see the schedule and know what to expect for the day. In addition, staying organized means you will foresee days you will miss dinner, for example, and know to have a freezer meal or alternative plan for that day.

Set Goals

While this is similar to having a business plan, setting goals is crucial to owning your business. It gives you an idea of where you want to be in the future. A business plan can make you more driven and motivated to keep going, even during the hard times. Make plans for one year, two years, and five years from now. Consider making a vision board and placing it somewhere you will see it daily. Doing these things will remind you of your goals and help give you the incentive to keep going, even when the going gets rough.
